Jim Munson is Founder and CEO of Brooklyn Roasting Company. Jim is a brewed beverage expert, and has been working in New York City for the past 25 years. He worked his way up the ladder at the Brooklyn Brewery to become general manager and vice president. He then switched from beer to coffee as vice president of Dallis Brothers Coffee. In 2009, he founded the Brooklyn Roasting Company, where he has overseen all operations, marketing & design, cafe design, and construction. He’s a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and the National Coffee Association (NCA). Jim’s work in the beer and coffee industries has been covered by Crain’s New York Business, New York Daily News, New York Times, New York Post, Fox News, CBS, and many others.
